Amazing! West Oak Cleaners is the place where I take even my most valuable designer pieces and I always feel confident that my clothes are safe. From wrapping individual buttons to putting custom inserts—they take great care of the smallest details. The service is very personal, they will call you with an update if needed. Recently they have practically saved my favorite pair of jeans. Even after moving from Creve Coeur to the CWE, I still make the drive, because it is absolutely worth it. After having bad experiences at other places, I never just walk in to a dry cleaner. This is definitely the place I would recommend with confidence.

They’ve always done a very good job on my winter coats and dress pants. I’d recommend them, especially after trying a cheaper place down the street and getting screwed. You get what you pay for, and West Oak definitely does a good job when you need serious cleaning. They even help you fix loose buttons, etc. which can make up for the high price point.

After I dropped it off, the owner called me to discuss what he thought would work best and why and to get my approval for the plan. The hanging looks fabulous. WOW!!!!! I want to let you know what a happy customer I am! I stopped in your Chesterfield store, next to Dierbergs, on August 2. I had a blouse with ‘issues’, and Amber was SO nice! Daryll (your ‘spotter’?) was in while I was there, and they both talked to me so nicely about my stained blouse. They could have made me feel bad about not having it cleaned sooner, or about not knowing what the myriad of stains were from, but they didn’t. Their customer service skills were great. BUT – Daryll’s skills are really what impressed me. He got my shirt PERFECT. I don’t know how he did it, but I know I’ll never use another dry cleaner but West Oak. I’ve told so many people how great you are, but it seems they already know. I wish I’d known about you sooner!
